John and Shanda have been in ministry for 40 years as a pastor, missionary, and administrator. John has a bachelor’s degree in Bible for God’s Bible School and College (1984) and a Masters Degree in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University (1994). John and Shanda have pastored churches in Kentucky and Florida and served for 12 years as missionaries in the Czech Republic. John has served the Wesleyan Church as the director of the Jesus Film Partnership, which has planted over 800 churches during his tenure (2011 – Present).

John’s heart for missions drives him to see the kingdom advanced through the ministries of the local church. His desire is to see the local church fully engaged in the fulfillment of the Great Commission through giving, going, and prayer support.

John and Shanda have three children and three grandchildren. Shanda is a registered nurse and has worked many years in the field of asthma and allergies. John has a passion for woodworking and loves to create custom pieces. Together, they most enjoy the time they get with family, especially the grandkids!
